can u please provide the details steps of how to configure 2checkout payment process. what keys will be needed for nopcommerce and what urls we have to provide to 2checkout.com.

1) Just specify your vendor identifier. That's all
2) No URLs should be provided to 2checkout.com because an IPN option is not implemented yet.
