Italian Language Pack

Good morning,

I'm working on the Italian translation for version 2.40 of nopCommerce. The downloadable file at https://www.nopcommerce.com/p/70/italian-language-pack.aspx contains 8441 entries. The English items available are 3700. Something is wrong! :-)

Question. If I create a resource file in Italian with ALL the keys for English (3700) and I translate all voices, I get a full translation?

Just finished the work I will send, so it can be published.

I've tested. It does not contain all translations. And the translations are made by an automatic system. They are not accurate.
I will do the translation manually. My question still stands. If I copy all the keys from English into Italian (3700), I translated everything?
