Error on 1 page checkout

The one page checkout lets me go all the way to the last stage and then i get this...

Error: Minimum order sub-total amount is £100.00.

Full exception: Nop.Core.NopException: Minimum order sub-total amount is £100.00 at Nop.Services.Orders.OrderProcessingService.PlaceOrder(ProcessPaymentRequest processPaymentRequest) in c:\Websites\NopV2-30\Libraries\Nop.Services\Orders\OrderProcessingService.cs:line 512

Should the full exceptin be dislayed here? or even referred to as an "error"?
