No since they changed from standard web forms to MVC with 2.X which is a totally different design model. Also itch each new release they implement some new features and improve on others which would require the updated files.
Each new version is provided with the upgrade script package (find all of them here). Each upgrade package contains readme.txt file with the upgrade instructions.
Usually it's enough to execute the upgrade.sql file (for each version 2.00 => 2.10, 2.10 => 2.20, etc..., 2.40 => 2.50). But when upgrading from 1.90 to 2.00 it's not enough to simply run the upgrade.sql file. Download nopCommerce 2.00 (upgrade script) and have a look at the readme.txt file.
