Change size of upload files

I have file upload on a product page. Where can I change the size of maximum upload file? I have change the size in web.config but I can't find it in the store.

Setting is named: catalogsettings.fileuploadmaximumsizebytes

Edit via: Admin > Configuration > Settings > All Settings (Advanced)

Click the funnel icon on "Setting name" column, enter "catalogsettings.fileuploadmaximumsizebytes", click "Filter" button.

One more question that I forgot.

Is it possible to upload more then one file at the time?
