Can't see aspx.cs files

Hi there, I have probably very simple problem, but I really can't find way how to solve it.

I need to make and modify some aspx.cs files in Modules directory on FTP. The problem is, I have there only .ascx files, not a .ascx.cs Are they hidden or I've done something wrong? I use 1.90 version.
