Replace NEWS feed with external RSS

I would like to replace my news feed source on my main page with an external RSS feed.

Can someone please advise where this code would be located -- and what changes I need to make to have the feed that renders be a news feed from an external RSS source.

Anything else special I need to know???

Find the news Control and you can modify that
