Child Themes

Hi,

Is it possible to have 'child themes' in NopCommerce? We've created our own theme that contains a number of controllers and models that won't change across every theme that we make. When it comes to updating these controllers and models, we'd like to avoid having to duplicate these changes across all the themes we have created.

In an ideal world, we could have a core theme where we would put all our code that won't change between themes. Then we would have a 'child theme' which would contain our css, images and views that would be different per theme.

Is something like this possible?

Actually this is a required feature as most of the theme needs to be customized as per custom client requirements, and once it is customized we're not able to upgrade it without manually migrating code. If it has a Child theme feature similar to Wordpress, then upgrading theme to a newer version was just as easy as copy and paste.

I would request respectable nop team to have a look at possibility to include this.
