Change language in the forum?

How can I change the language in the forum? I have change language in all the sites and it works fine but in the forum "Last Post" is shown in English like "23 minutes ago" I would like to translate that too. Is it possible? And where do I do it?

These strings are hard-coded in the RelativeFormat() method in source file: \Presentation\Nop.Web.Framework\Extensions.cs (line 208)

In lieu of translating them in the source code or implementing locale string resources for each value, you can disable 'Relative date and time formatting' in forum settings to show the datetime of the post.

Forum Settings: Admin > Configuration > Settings > Forum Settings
