Discount applies but the total doesn't change in the cart 2.5

I have a discount code that I have tested out and it does say that its applied to the cart but the total doesn't change at all. The code is supposed to take off 50% off of one particular item on the site when someone has that item in the cart. This can't be anything but a bug with the system because I'm not getting any errors about it in the system log. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? If someone can help then let me know and I will give you the link to my site so you can see for yourself what is happening.

My website is at ooples.com and the discount code to use is TEST50. You can see for yourself that nothing happens even though it says it applies the discount
