Hi All,
Just wanted to confirm the following order process with NOP...
1. User places order
2. Email fired to user and store owner
3. Payment made via 3rd party
4a. Success - order set to paid - Does the system send and email confirming this order or that payment has been taken?
4b. No success - order still pending - Does the system send an email telling the user that payment was not successfull?
Reason i ask is that we seem to have a lot of orders setting at Pending....yet the customer thinks they have paid for the order and it was successful...
Does anyone have any clarification on this?
