Upgrade 2.4 to 2.5

In my project , I have used the version of nopcommerce 2.4.As per the requirements,
i have customized the libraries(Nop.Core,Nop.Data,Nop.Service) and presentation(Nop.Admin, Nop.Web).

Now we have the latest 2.5 version.
1.How can i upgrade my customized application to 2.5 version.
