Implement Cache for page postbacks

Hi,
  Can you tell me as how to implement the caching technique even after page postbacks?
  I have tried using NopCache technique but the cache value is null after page postbacks.
  But I want the cache value to be maintained even after page postbacks.
  How to do this?

Is it possible with NopCaching technique?
