PayPal eCHECK - Turn it OFF

Is there a way to tell the PayPal plugin NOT to allow eCheck as form of payment ??
It's screwing the whole system as it sets the order as paid ..when it's not.

U do it at the PayPal level

The instructions in the above link are out of date. Here is an update as of 12/05/2012:

You can set your PayPal payment receiving preferences to block eCheck payments for all website payments except eBay...
you cannot block eCheck payments for eBay transactions.

Login to your PayPal account,
click on the "Profile" tab,
Under Selling Preferences
Click Payment Receivng Preferences
Find the section labled: "Block the following payments"
[checkbox] Pay with eCheck or German bank transfer for all website payments except eBay.  Note: You may not block
                 eCheck payments on eBay.
