EU Cookie Changeset

Hi Guys

I am trying to implement the EU Cookie changeset 87910dfad800, but seem to be having a problem with the Javascript I keep getting the following error Conditional Compilation is turned off, @T("EUCookieLaw.OK"): and @T("EUCookieLaw.Cancel"):
also in admin General Setting the Checkbox label is displaying the ResourceName instead of the ResourceValue, I have
gone through each of the changesets but cannot find anything missing, any help would be most appreciated as this is now stopping me setting it live for the customer.
