PayPal Express API in nop v. 2.5

We upgraded a nop store to 2.5, but the ability to add PayPal Express payment method has disappeared.  How can we enable this payment method, as it was in the older version we were running?

for version compatibility issue, it needs to add supported version 2.5 in description.txt file.
