We just built and installed the nop_2.50 with source code version. When we attempt to access it, it redirects us to the install screen as expected, but then we get the Error 310.
All info on the web says to clear cache and cookies, but this doesn't do anything.
We are using IIS 7.0. The problem is on all browser types.

Sounds like there could be an issue with iis maybe redirecting www to non www to www back and forth- or some other strange config issue.
see if you can access the /storeclosed.htm file on the site- it may help narrow down where the problem is occurring.
