keeps getting installscreen

I keep getting the installscreen when i try to upgrade tio 2.6 from 2.5.

I have copied the settings.txt and the installedplugins.txt

is there someway to byepass the installationprocess.

i get the error.

installation failed Sequence contains more than one element if i try to install without adding sampledata to the DB.

i uploaded the Bin folder again and insured that the settings.txt was correct, and imn uo and running. :-)
