Shipping by total 2.60

Hi Andrei,
is it expected to be released the shipping by total plugin? We sell in this way. Besides, why isn'it as a standard in NopComemrce package?

Because it's quite normal to charge shipment both by weight or by order amount. In fact NopCommerce has the free shipment over X, where X is the amount, not the weight. That's why I asked, I think it's a facility that has to be as standard (as in 1.90).

I tried the 2.50, changing the description.txt, but it does't show in the plugin list, even after reloading
