Shipping by Order Total for nopCommerce 2.60

Playing around with nopCommerce and have liked it so far. Needed a way to set shipping rates based on order totals and I found a plugin that made that happen for version 2.5. I recently upgraded to 2.6 and the Shipping.ByTotal plugin for 2.5 does not work for 2.6. Is there a fix for this? Is a new plugin coming out soon? Is there something I can do to make this 2.5 plugin (which worked perfectly in v2.5) work in 2.6?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
