Ajax Shopping Cart into menu and GetTotalProducts refresh

Hi all,
I added the shoppingcart into the common/menu and removed from common/HeaderLinks and it works.
I have the problem that AJAX (?) does not update\refresh the quantity after Shopping cart (0) ... when I add a product I see it in the Carts but total is always 0 (for example).

Who is responsible of this update? What I could miss? I see in debug that GetTotalProducts is right valorized but nobody refresh the total .. until I don't refresh (or move from) the page.

Any suggestion please?
