New eCommerce Site Creating

I am New to NopCommerce and i have installed and configured NopCommrce, Now i want to develop a site same like this site http://www.saahilenergy.com/

Please answer my simple questions :

1. Can i develop a site in NopCommerce same like that site http://www.saahilenergy.com/ ?

2.If yes then how much time i required ????

3. Is this necessary to install VS 2010 with MVC 3 to change themes and styles to develop this site http://www.saahilenergy.com/  ??


Please reply as i found NopCommerce is very growing platform and  i want to work in it in future development.

As you said that its depends on programming skills to develop a site using Nopcommerece then please describe that is that easy to develop site using webmatrix in nopcommerce instead of installing VS2010 + MVC3 stand alone ???

I dont want to use wordpress as i am developer of .net and wordpress is php based.

nopCommerce can do much better than http://www.saahilenergy.com/ and has much more features. All the stuff that you need is already there so you won't need any .net development. The only thing that you need is theming which would require chanes in the styles.css file and CSS knowledge. I think if you know CSS then it won't take more than a week if you work dedicatedly on this project alone. For things like image slider n other plugins you can look for community developed plugins like at nop-templates.com.
