Multiple nopCommerce sites on 1 database

Hi

I know this subject has been discussed for the past 3-4 years, as many other shopping cart platforms offer multi fascia - but has anyone managed to create this for NopCommerce.

We are looking to build 3 sites on one database/cms and would welcome any insight?
