Topic title not updating in information panel

I've updated a topic title in Content Management from 'shipping & returns' to 'delivery'.  Although the change is showing on the topic page it is not updating in the information panel in the left column frontend.  

I'm a total newbie but after reading other forum entries I've tried to amend this in InfoBlock.cshtml - is that correct??? However, although this works my new title appears in the information box in lower case, when I want capitals.

I have version 2.6 btw.

Use css text-transform:upper to uppercase text, also do not change Infobox.cshtml directly but copy it to your theme (respecting folder structure) and make the change there
