Using Code-First to Add New Classes to nopCommerce

Is it possible to use code-first only technology to extend nopCommerce 2.20?
To add a new Table to existing database where nopCommerce is already installed(on the fly),without reinstall?

Another question is :
Can I use "Add controller wizard" to automatically add new Controller by providing Template,Model class & Data Content class?
