Help needed for an update method service

Hi Guys

I hope someone can help me, I have extended a table in Nop 2.60, and need to update part of the table via a form, I have eleven string fields which I have added to the Model, and have created an Action in the Controller and service, but it just does not work, can someone please help me resolve the issue.
