Where can we find upgrade script or tool for versions prior to v1.9?

we've found the upgrade script here http://nopcommerce.codeplex.com/SourceControl/changeset/view/27d37ba9311b
but this page has only v1.9 and later! I surely understand that we have to run upgrade for each versions, but where can we find the upgrade script / tool / direction for lower version?

we are currently using v1.6.
(I checked some topics which are discussing on older versions, and it seems we can upgrade. but these topics do not contain the link to the upgrade script.) thanks!

Since nopCommerce went to a MVC architecture at 2.3 or so, your ideal solution is to do a fresh install of the most current version. Due to the use of the Entity Framework, I don't think you could possibly upgrade version-by-version anyway.
