You should look into two products. AddShoppers and Share Your Cart both can be used with nopCommerce.
Both of these products provide you with the ability to provide discounts for liking, tweeting, Pinning, etc. AddShoppers does this on the product level like AddThis, but they also provide you with detailed analytics. Share Your Cart can do it at the product level or at the cart level. The difference in their widget is that the customer posts a Tweet and/or posts to their Facebook wall.
