Moving Host Providers (Backing Up Config)

Is there a way to “backup” all configuration/settings for nopCommerce?  I’ve pretty much got everything the way I want it, but I have decided if it’s easy I would like to move everything to a new host.  I haven’t had to modify any code yet, all the changes I have made have been though the administration panel.  I would like to save: everything under catalog: products and categories (photos aren’t important), everything under configuration: shipping, payment, and tax info, basic store info.

Any help is appreciated,

You need to back up your database, and restore it on the host. and copy all the website's files and update the connection string according to the new host.
