Web Service Plugin problem

Hi...

I'm developing an application that will consume the NopCommerce WebService Plugin...

While I'm developing and run my application I get a message "Not allowed" for every method I call from the WebService.

What could be wrong?...

I created a User and gave it Administrator Role and in the ACL I checked the option for Administrators to use Web Service Plugin...

Can you help me with this?
