Single use Coupon code

I would like to add a single use Coupon code to the wish list for a future release.
With this I mean a Discount that requires a Coupon code but that can only be used once.

This can be usefull for customers who receive a partial refund and have to spend it on their next purchase. It can also function as a sort of gift card.
