What will happen if I do not move .dlls from Nop.Admin (Published\Web\Administration\bin\) to (Published\Web\bin\).?

Hi,
I'm using Nop 2.20.

What will happen if I do not move .dlls from Nop.Admin (Published\Web\Administration\bin\) to (Published\Web\bin\) while publishing?
