How can I create special offers?

Hello,

We need to add 2 special offers to our client:

1. A 2x1 Offer (buy 2 products for the price of one, the max price).
Its only for a limited set of products.

2. A 20% of Discount for a limited set of products, but only in the month of birdhday of the client.

How can I implement it in NopCommerce?

i am think about the same thing, but i feel the percentage is too hard and too many work...
currently i am using the standard products details as my web with tier prices

but it is not good in discount, as advanced website can do percentage in better way...

and another thing is the picture, you cannot klick and make different color in nopcommerce, in the same time klick and select size, so i think i need to do the products details by myself in future....

my point of view is the advance website like jcrew or other fashion website....
