How to run upgrade.sql in visual studio 2010?

I'm using the multi-store:http://nopms25.codeplex.com/
When I downloaded it, there is a upgrade.sql file. When I try to execute upgrade.sql, I received the error:" The declare SQL construct or statement is not supported".
