Where is the "Install" file? Maybe stupid question?

I uploaded the new 2.70 files to the server and went to http://shippersmall270.com.mytempweb.com/install/  and there isn't any "install" file.

What am I missing here? I followed the instructions for upgrading. 2.65 to 2.70

Visiting /install on an already-installed-store will redirect you to the home page as you don't need to install. When you installed 2.65, the file Settings.txt was created in \App_Data. When you upgraded, step three has you retain this file (along with InstalledPlugins.txt). If there is a DataConnectionString in Settings.txt, install won't run as the store can be assumed to have already been installed.
