Home page message wont change? 2.70

I went to topics/edit home page details and changed my home page message, but it didn't change on the site.

I cleared the cache, restated, deleted all my history in the browser. and still my new message dont show up.

But, if I click the url in the edit topic details/home page. my message is there. But that is not my home page that is shown.

Example: Click the link as shown in the edit topic: http://shippersmall270.com.mytempweb.com/t/Shippers-Mall-Home-Page

Example 2: Click my real home page: http://shippersmall270.com.mytempweb.com/

You will see two different things?????

HMM?

Bottom Line: I cannot edit my home page.

I upgraded from 2.65 to 2.70. I wonder if that is a upgrade bug?

Based on the url you posted, http://shippersmall270.com.mytempweb.com/t/Shippers-Mall-Home-Page, it looks like you changed the system name of the home page topic. Ensure the System name for the topic is set to HomePageText. This value is used to identify and load the home page topic.

For anyone else that has the same problem, go to: content mgt/topics (pages)/HomePageText and then make sure you didnt change the name of that. It should be HomePageText.
