Of those that are extremely happy with using NopCommerce, Is anyone willing to share their hosting setup/environment and how much it costs them per month?

I have a nopCommerce 2.65 site that does not see a lot of traffic and this is what my specs are but not as happy as I would like with performance.

Any other notes: Servers do tend to go down. Came from Arvixe shared hosting but my gateway required me to move to a environment that could secure more ports.
Guess what myself and probably others are looking for is what does it cost to run a site with nopCommerce that is VERY reliable with no downtime. It seems nopCommerce does take a lot of resources and wondering what the optimal solution is.
