PDFInvoice HTMLTemplate

Hi all

Just wantet to share som code I am using on one of my nopcommerce sites, its a change to PDFService.cs, so it takes a HTMLTemplate and parses it to PDF.

So now I can "add/design" the invoice pdf as I see fit :)

Working version for 2.70:

Just unzip, and copy new nop.services.dll to bin folder and copy "PrintOrdersToPdf.html" to Content/templates/

remember its a work in progress, any questions just shoot :)

Hope nopCommerce gets inspired to add something like that to maybe version 2.80 :)
