Secure an ASPX page under Administration folder in V2.65

I've added an ASPX page under administration to host a file manager (FileUltimate by GleamTech).

How can I secure this page, so that only admins can see it? (I ran a test and it won't be secure by virtue of being under the Adminstration folder).
