On PayPal Standard redirection a customer can reach PayPal checkout... so, after payment details, receive the error:
"This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the dealer."
Configuration in Paypal merchant panel control was just switched on "No, accept multiple ID invoice"

For PayPal Sandbox is mandatory to use 2x email accounts which is provided from developer.paypal.com >>
Sandbox menu group >> Account.
- one is business which usually ends xyz-facilitator@youremail.com
- another is buyer which usually ends xyz-buyer@youremail.com
The business account must be saved in nop.admin >> configuration >> payment method >> paypal standard plugin >> and field Bussiness Email. Save it, and that's it!
With buyer account you login into paypal, and pay it.
