What happened to robots.txt in version 2.70?

robots.txt used to be part of the source code...

or, am I just missing something...

Your quite right, it is missing, all you need to do is copy one from a 2.65 version, and that'll do the trick.

In 2.70, robots.txt is no longer a static file, it is now dynamically generated.
