How to resend the Tracking Number/Shipped Notification?

Go to the order details page (admin area) > order notes tab. Find the following note:

"Shipped" email (to customer) has been queued. Queued email identifier: 19.

In the example above 19 will be your queued email identifier. Now go to system > message queue > the email details page (find by ID) and click "Requeue" button
