Demo nopmmerce site

Hello quick embarrassing question I am testing out stuff with the demo http://demo.nopcommerce.com/. How do we 'publish' changes to the demo site I change stuff on the admin side but it doesn't affect the actual site. For exemple I changed the name of the categorie books to booksss but it stays books on the site..
