how do i change the default 'checked' tick box in 'copy product' window

when i click copy product, a window appears asking me the name of the new product and if i want it to

be published

and

copy images


i'm happy to keep the 'published' checkbox checked but i'd like it if the 'copy images' checkbox was unchecked for this.

can anyone tell me where to find the default setting so i can uncheck it  ?
