Liveperson Chat in 2.80

Hi!

Im new to nopCommerce and having some trouble with the Liveperson Chat in nopCommerce 2.80.

I'v uploaded all the files and managed to install it but when im trying to configure it i get this:
Error Execution of the child request failed. Please examine the InnerException for more information.

Have anyone got the chat in 2.80 to work?
