This seems like a good idea, however, before we commit to purchasing your plugin, would like to know how this plugin handles several topics:
1. What do you use for a password, and how does the customer know about this?  Does the system send an email or something?
2. Can the customers opt out of this? (something like un-checking a checkbox that tells them they will automatically be registered upon order completion or something).

1) password can be either radom generated or specified by shop admin in configuration page. Customer will receive the password via welcome email.
2) for now customer is not able to opt out during the checkout process. We do have a customer whose business is able to let his guest customers opt whether need register as a customer or not, but that requires the checkout process to be customized.
