We have had a great response to the Click4Assistance plugin this week, with lots of downloads, and just wanted to say a big thank you to the guys who have taken the time to download it this week.

Having said that, not many people have actually installed it, so I wanted to ask if anyone has downloaded and not installed the plugin was there a reason why you decided not to use the trial, any feedback would be most appreciated, so hopefully we can attend to any issues there may be.

I have installed it but the name shows up as 'PLUGINS.WIDGETS.CLICK4ASSISTANCE.LIVECHAT' on the website. How do I fix that?

Can you tell me what version of Nop you are using as It sounds like the resource string is not registering.

If you can get back to me I'll update the plugin and send it over to you.

Just as a matter of interest have you registered and downloaded the button and tracking code?

It says on that page that it supports version 2.65 - 3.00.  I think the other link is just outdated.

Sorry for the confusion, I should have put the new link in announcement, I would normaly add a seperate version, but was advised that they needed to be added all in one place now.
