What i mean by discount requirements is that the customer must spend a certain amount of money on a cart and then they can be entitled to a discount.
for example:
# = your local currency eg £
a customer receives a promotional email saying there is a special offer on but they must spend #35.00 to get a #5.00 discount on products.
does anyone agree that this should be in the next version of nopCommerce?
