How to enable SSL in 1.4

In 1.3 there was a check box somewhere in general settings to tell the store to use the SSL cert when checking out.
I can not seem to find this in 1.4.
Anyone know where it went?

They moved it to web.config. you have to set the value to true. this question has been answered before bro.

I searched the forums for enabling ssl and didn't find the answer.
web.config is not a very user friendly place for the option to live.
The install/upgrade wizard should ask if you want to use SSL and enable it that way.
