Copyright Question

Hi

My question is in 4 parts and after googling for hours I still am not sure of the position.

I have enhanced a plugin that is included with nopCommece, 90% of the code is as supplied by nopCommecrce so do I :-  

1.  In the description of the Plugin under Author do I state  a. Author: NopCommerce or b. Author: NopCommerce  Modified by: Spire or c. Author: Spire ?

2. Can I use the nopCommece logo to prommote the plugin ?

3. Can I charge a small fee for the plugin ?

4. Is their a method of donating a percentage of any sales to noCommece, or is there some other mechanism in place ?

Many thanks for your reply, in response to to your answer to 4, I will purchase the copyright removal, but leave the coyright notice in place on my site.
